We didn't have a reservation but were there as the doors opened at 5pm. We were told we could be seated but only if we could be finished by 6:15. That was a bit off putting but we were certain that would not be a problem so went in. In the interest of time we asked our waiter for recommendations, one beef and one seafood. He pointed out beef brisket and Seafood on crispy rice noodles. The brisket was the best food I have EVER eaten. It melted in your mouth. Unbelievable. Served simply on a bed of cucumber. The seafood was also excellent, cooked just right and plentiful. There were scallops, squid, shrimp and cod. The noodles were just right. All in all, spectacular!!!

The BEST. I have only been here for Dim Sum, and the dim sum is as delicious as it is beautiful. The people here work very hard to keep up with it's reputation. Weekends are totally crazy busy. I prefer a quieter week day latish lunch for a little less crowed vibe.
I have been told that main menu is equally fantastic especially if you come with a group and have a native speaker order you special sea foods ahead of time.

Been here for several times and last night We had the set dinner menu. That was a good decision. Never a disappointment. Service was decent, and the food came very fast. Chicken in abalone sauce was the highlight.

Fantastic experience! Four of us went without a reservation and they accommodated us quickly; they were always quick despite being completely full due to a party.
The Jumbo Shrimp is Spicy Sauce and Sauteed Beef Tenderloin with Basil were some of my favourite dishes!

Dynasty seafood restaurant is located on West Broadway Street downtown, which is one of the busiest streets in Vancouver. There are lots of restaurants on this street. My American friend really wants to eat Dim Sum downtown, so we did research online. We found Dynasty Seafood Restaurant has the best review, so we decided to go. The location is very convenience and easy for people to find. We arrived the restaurant before 11 am. The restaurant was not full. Luckily, we got a table and began our order. The restaurant has very fancy design and the menu is very simple and easy to understand. There are not too many morning dim sum selections on the menu, mostly are lunch and dinner. The price of food is a little bit expensive. We had couple dishes, like BBQ Pork Bakery, Shrimp Dumplings, Beef tendon, and etc. The taste of the food was OK, decent. They were not too excited.
