we had delicious dinner yesterday with my friends. Restaurant staff was very kind to us. On our request , they played Bollywood song and we enjoyed dance there. we recommend this restaurant to everyone. we would like to visit this place again and again. Thank you for making our evening wonderful !

Great food, great service and love the authentic feel to how its set up. The atmosphere is great. The portions are huge and can easily be shared amongst 3 people. Definetly a must try!

TOURIST ALERT:
Overpriced and small food portions. Staff has included 25% tip in the bill which inflated over final bill even further. Avoid tipping them. Rude staff and the serving staff portrayed that they are entitled for the gratitude even they have been serving with some sort of attitude. I didn't make a fuss as I was with family and didn't want to make a scene. I feel that it wasn't worth spending that much money. Bad experience. Food taste was average.

The first thing to notice when visiting Afghan Horseman is the unique decoration, ensuring this place is quite cozy. The service was pretty good, with the server ably attending to the needs of our large group and never messing up an order. The food was excellent. I ordered a lamb kebab, which came with a yogurt sauce, rice, fried potatoes, and a salad. There was ample food and the lamb was extra tender. My mouth still waters when I think about it. One of the highlights of the evening was the giant drinks for 2 or 3 people. It was fun seeing two people with straws drinking out of a massive bowl. Another highlight was the belly dancer. Members of our group even got up and danced with her. Reservations are recommended, because this place is hot and always busy. I would eat here again, and recommend it to my friends if they're ever in Vancouver.
