Unity is a unique and beautiful space; it is truly a light in this city. By practicing here, you are welcomed into a lovely community and the teachers are compassionate, knowledgeable and patient. Very grateful to have this space to cultivate my practice.

This studio is what a yoga studio is supposed to be. Whereas most studios in Vancouver are set-up to get you in and out as fast as possible this studio allows you to mingle, chat and drink a wide selection of delicious in-house mixed/brewed teas, while meeting interesting, friendly yogis. The focus on yoga "unity" is real here. Best yoga studio in the city!

I Love this studio!!! Great environment, one wall is all windows for that nature lighting and calming feel. Excellent for the summer breeze and now that winter is here I find the natural light to be essentail for beating those winter blues. The instructors are wonderful at providing guidance, encouragement and enthusiasm. They like to make sure that everyone in the class is getting what they came for and doing it safely. I really feel taken care of, refreshed and beeming with positivity after I leave. BONUS they provide yoga mats !!
