The Dharma Temple provides the ultimate meditative and yogic experience. The teachers at this yoga studio are not only experienced but living everything they teach. Reno wakes up daily at 4am and prepares the studio for meditation and asana practice. There is also a beautiful boutique space in the front which carries everything for a meditative lifestyle. If you want to elevate your life then this is the place to go.

My first Dharma yoga experience and I'm addicted now. I've tried heated yoga, fitness yoga but this is by far my favourite type. You can usually catch me at the gym but when I need some meditation and something different, this is the place I go to. Dharma Temple has incredible teachers who care about their students and I've only grown mentally and physically from their practice. Kundalini class was one of my favourite classes, I highly recommend it
