Amazing customer service at this location - The lady helping me was extremely knowledgeable about the ICBC policies and actually called ICBC to discuss further potential savings that I had been owed. She not only saved me money on my insurance, she also thoroughly explained the policies I had chosen for my insurance and she was also very friendly and patient. I would highly recommend getting your insurance done through this location. I will be back! Thank you!

The man talked to me like I am dumb, but I AM dumb, so it was win win for me because I understood his sentences and adverbs. The woman looked at me like I was some creep, but guess what? I AM some creep, so again, win win for me. I am a dumb creep and these people allowed me to be myself.
