Got such fantastic service and attitude here from Simon weeks ago that I actually went out of my way to go back there today, even though I previously had to go elsewhere for supplies that they didn't carry. Once again, Simon gave me fantastic service and attitude.
The only drawback is that they only have Cuban cigars. If you want to smoke something from elsewhere, this is not the place to go.

They have a massive collection of Cigars and their customer service is awesome as well. I know nothing about cigars but Arthur took the time to explain the types, what to choose and helped me understand what sort of cigar to buy. I would recommend popping in if you need and gift and don't know where to start.

I just wrote a review on the revolution cigar store in yaletown. I say this because I went there first and got royally ripped off. I pay $30 for my Cuban minis in Toronto and he charged me $65 claiming BC taxes as the reason - with attitude. Then I found these guys! Great service, excellent cigar selection and some pretty cool eye candy to check out while shopping (the cars!). Oh and yes, $30.

I had been struggling to find the perfect cigars as a gift for a well versed Cuban cigar smoker. I am not a smoker myself but wanted to find the perfect gift for him. I had been doing research for a few weeks and was feeling really overwhelmed with no clue what to do.
l then found the Vancouver Cigar Company.
I first spent some time reviewing their catalog online and felt this was the place I could find my perfect buy. However, I really could not narrow it down easily so I finally gave in and picked up the phone for help.
I am so glad I did as I spoke with Simon and he was so helpful working with me. He offered to put together a package that any Cuban lover would surely enjoy. They made sure the shipping went smoothly and they even have the perfect trick to get it through the border guaranteed.
The recipient loved the cigars and even was amazed as to how and where I might have gotten them. I highly recommend Vancouver Cigar Company, and especially Simon. You can’t go wrong with them.
