Good food and great beer, a little small so groups over 4/5 would find it difficult to get a table without a wait. Log cabin themed decor helps you to forget you're still in a city.

Great little bar, I always have fun when I got here! It's all decorated up to look like a lodge, and the service is good.

I love it! Vegan Poutine at the Black Lodge is the prefect way to chill out after a long day hiking or cycling in the mountains. I would really recommend the food and the staff. Really chill, nice atmosphere. Nothing to fancy.

Unique vegetarian and vegan pub cuisine, and a decent selection of cocktails and beer wrapped up in a 'Twin Peaks' themed bar. It's a cozy little place, only seats about 25 or so.
I really like the food and the idea of the place, but after returning several times, I've been turned off by the hit or miss service I get there. Sometimes you get someone cheery and on the ball, other times your server/bartender evidently does not want to be there.

This is a vegetarian place where you can make anything vegan or gluten-free as well. I'm a meat eater and even I liked it! Lol
Lost one star for closing earlier than the posted times just because they felt like it and lost the other star for the dead bear trophy hanging on the wall 👎
