Small fresh oyster bar that is overpriced, approx 3.50cad each plus tax. Service was ok but non chant and a bit rude. Would go back during happy hour or try the Gastown location

Rodneys is an excellent place to have some appetizers and drinks with a couple friends. Expect high volumes and a fun atmosphere. The servers are all lively and humorous. The bar is probably the best spot to sit for the full-experience. An obvious must-order are the oysters. They come with a large variety of sauces (hot sauces mild to very hot, a vodka tasting sauce, horseradish, etc). Our server suggested taking an oyster and loading it with lots of sauce and then trading (kinda gross now that I think about it, but it was really fun!)

The atmosphere is a lot nicer than the pictures. Oysters are fresh and 1.5 each for one kind at happy hour. It’s a great place to bring out of town friends for seafood, I would be back.

We stopped at Rodney's for some oysters and bubbles before we planned on heading to our brunch reservation. We were in Vancouver for a bachlorette, and I can honestly say that the staff here made this stop the most fun we had the entire trip. The oysters were amazing, the champagne did not stop flowing, but the true stars of Rodney is the staff. All the guys went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure this stop was one our bachlorette would remember. What started as a quick stop before brunch resulted in almost 5 hours at Rodney's. I will definitely be back to visit, and will continue to recommend this place to everyone!

Ate here while on vacation. The oysters were fantastic, if a little pricey. The shrimp cocktail was pitiful.
Our table reservation was timely but the wait for service was long. Then he never checked on us throughout the night. Any time we needed something, we basically had to track him down. We ended being here from about 5pm to 10pm just for some oysters.
Got a very misogynistic vibe from the place. Doubt we will ever return. Will not recommend.
