I was not impressed in the least. i took my 9 month-old there on a Tuesday afternoon. There were two sales people - one of them stood in front of me while I struggled to get my stroller through the door. There wasn't a button to open the door - which is crazy for a baby store - but there was not a soul in the place other than myself and my baby daughter coming through the door and no one helped. Nothing. I wanted to spend money but that turned me off immediately. Also there's a second floor which the sales lady shared - but I was expected to either drag my stroller up a flight of stairs or leave my stroller at the bottom and take the baby with me. Not worth the hassle. Would never even set foot in this overpriced hipster store again. These people are useless and if this is their attitude - they're probably losing a ton of money just because their too stuck up.

Love this store! Items are thoughtfully curated and products are of high quality and smart design. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and we cannot say enough good things about the owner, Christian, who has gone out of his way on multiple occasions to ensure that we got everything we needed - he even met us after hours to assist with pick up from the warehouse. My husband and I started out buying our stroller and crib here, and the more we started shopping around, the more we found ourselves back at Ella and Elliot. It is true that some of the items they carry are on the pricier side, but never more pricey than what you would find for the same product at another location. They also carry items and brands that are hard to find elsewhere. My husband and I will definitely continue to shop here after baby is born!

We had a wonderful experience with this store when ordering items for our nursery. Almost all of their staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The owner is a very kind and friendly man who is running a fantastic store. Have to say I'm a little disappointed after calling the store and inquiring about two items that I was hoping to pick up quickly. The lady working told me she thought he had the items but would check and call me back to confirm. I was tired of waiting to hear back from her so after 35 minutes I decided to drive to the store to check for the items. I pull up to the store to see two employees standing at the cash in an empty store. She clearly didn't check for the items as when I told her I had called and was waiting to hear back from her she was totally frazzled and pretended she was looking for them on the computer. She then frantically checked a cupboard in the display room which she could have done when I called. Moral of the story is, if the owner or a manager isn't in the store, don't expect the 5 star service this store normally provides.
