Three weekend's ago I went to The Village Spa for my booked facial appointment, waited for over an hour at their front door but they never opened. I tried calling numerous times too but no answer. So I drove back home, a 4 hour round trip. I tried calling again the next day and left another voicemail expressing my disappointment, and never got a return phone call. I then called again 5 days later and someone picked up, I explained the situation and they said they would take my number down and call me back. It has now been over two weeks and I still have not heard from anyone. Very very upset at the poor level of customer service.

I have to say this massage I received was by far the best one yet thx (Colleen) also I had a manicure and pedicure on the same day and I have to admit after reading reviews on here I was sceptical. But I have to say a job well done (Claude) thank you... Also the receptionist (Angela) was very attentive to my needs and wants thank you for being so great... One last thing my wife also went there yesterday and she was very very happy with the spa day she had.... So it leads me to believe some of these reviews are sabotage thanks...... Keep up the great work lady's I will see you in a couple of weeks with my wife again!!

What a fantastic experience! Angela was very helpful and accommodating at the front desk. I had a massage with Jerry and it was the most perfect pressure I've ever had. Rita was an absolute gem doing my pedicure, she was so talented and really took the time to fix my summer feet. The overall spa atmosphere was great, the tea was delicious. Loved the 'rainforest' area, spent time in the sauna and steam room. Would highly recommend for a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable time.

Angela the (Manager) at The Village Spa was incredibly helpful, extremely knowledgeable and provided us with excellent customer service. She is a very kind, caring human being always with a cheerful disposition. She was very informative and patient in explaining our options. She constantly made sure that she understood our wants and needs. She continuously made it her priority that we as the clients were completely satisfied. Angela always exemplified a very professional disposition. She is a definite plus to The Village Spa and the company should feel very fortunate, privileged and honoured to have such an employee as Angela (Manager) on board. I would highly recommend the Village Spa to friends and family, mainly because of the great experience we had there, starting with Angela.
The Village Spa should highly acknowledge Angela for all the good she provides to her clients & to the Company as a whole. (A definite asset)

My mom and I enjoyed a much deserved pampering. It was a wonderful experience. We indulged in the steam room and hot tub, followed by a relaxing massage, facial and manicure. The staff were friendly, professional & made us feel very welcomed. Thank you so much!!
