Sasha was great! Booked a last minute leg wax and was able to get in before they closed. Staff was great that greeted me, felt warm and welcoming. Sasha made me fee comfortable and less self conscious (I get nervous about a stranger seeing everything! Well almost everything). Leg wax was great and she was very throughout. Girl, she was even plucking leg hairs on my thighs! Smooth legs, great service, very happy.

I moved to Toronto nearly a year ago, but visited the city many times. I came across The Ten Spot on one of my visits and have been coming here ever since. What makes The Ten Spot stand out from the other places (apart from playing Friends episodes in every treatment room), is the service with a smile. I have never come across a rude or uninterested member of staff from the lovely girls at reception to the aestheticians and for me this is super important, as I used to work in customer service. Oh, and of course their waxing services are top notch too; clean, efficient and SPOT on.

What makes The Ten Spot stand out from the other places (apart from playing Friends episodes in every treatment room), is the service with a smile. I don't think I could go to anyone else besides Holly. She is professional and absolutely (completely biased here) one of the best esthetician's. I may only come to the Ten Spot for my gel manicures but the application and quality of work is unparalleled - She's a true GEM!
A huge shout-out to the WHOLE team from the front desk to everyone employed at the Queen West location. I was feel the MOST WELCOMED at this location, hence the travel from across the city.

Neila was my waxer and honestly she made the entire experience so much better. She was so sweet and kind and made it very comfortable for me. She talked me through everything. She even gave me a hug at the end. I really appreciated her approach and that she very quick. I love the Ten Spot! It has made waxes a way better experience for me. Thank you Neila
