I love this place not only are the staff amazing but the service is the best in the yonge and Eglinton area there are no useless measuring of any kind just talented individuals dedicated to helping you look and feel your best. Oh all at a great value no comprise

Just left my first ever appointment. Their service was incredibly prompt and the work is beautiful. I also can't believe their prices and loyalty system! Would definitely recommend.

I've been coming here for a year now and I'm really happy with how they do my eyebrows. They do it just right - looks natural and not too thin. The place is very clean and the ladies are lovely. Excellent prices as well!

Service is fast, especially waxing. Some of the ladies there are kind and courteous but some of the younger ones are rude, low on manners AND very inappropriate. I prefer they don't do the small talk, that's when the stupidity shows.
Oh, and the robes they give to cover yourself are dirty, like they have never been washed. Suggest you take your own towel/cover up. The place itself is fairly well-maintained, the wax they use is much better than other places I have been to. Service is prompt, I have never waited more than 5 minutes, but I have always set up appointments.

Dark, old space. Woman didn't answer my questions when asked and pushed me back into the chair when I wanted to look at what she had done. Everything she did made me more nervous, the opposite of relaxed. I wanted to discuss eyebrow shape, but she did not understand what I was trying to say and just told me don't worry. But I was worried and she did nothing to try to discuss what she was doing. Now my brows are thinner than I would like and not the shape I want. Would not recommend. Awful experience.
