Wasted my time. I booked a massage, and when I came in they told me they could not verify my insurance so I would have to pay in full for the services. The receptionist was very rude. I politely asked her in the future if she could just call and give me a heads up that there was a problem with my insurance so I could try and resolve beforehand, or just not bother coming in.
Her response was pretty defensive and she didn't even say sorry. She proceeded to tell me how busy her day was and that there was no time and she forgot. Hey it's ok if you made a mistake, but please own up to it. I left work early from uptown and cancelled a meeting to be here, please respect my time because I respect yours.
I am very disappointed as my first appointment was very promising and the staff was great. I don't want to put too much on this particular person, but her attitude and unprofessionalism was too much to overlook. I will not be back.

I found PhysioMed because they were one of the few nearby clinics that would accept a WSIB claim. I'm so glad I did. Thanks to their help my injury is completely healed and I'm now continuing physio to help with some other long-standing injuries that I've had physio for many times without success. After my first session at PhysioMed I had movement in my ankle that I haven't had in 35 years! I can't say enough good things about the knowledgeable, professional, helpful staff at this clinic and their functional, active approach to rehab.
If you're looking for a rehab clinic in the Yonge & Bloor area, this is the place to go. Thanks, PhysioMed!

Excellent staff here. Cynthia is a great trainer, and really kicks your ass when it comes to training. Dr. Carl is an amazing chiropractor. Beautiful, modern facility.

The services I take advantage of at this location include: Massage Therapy, Naturopathy, Acupuncture, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, and Nutritional Counseling. The staff work together to achieve optimal results for my health across all functions. I've been benefiting greatly from consistently attending appointments throughout the year in all areas. I highly recommend and am considerably grateful for the high caliber of service and care.

My experience at Physiomed has been great. The facilities are very modern and clean. The staff are excellent - Dr. Hildebrand is a very knowledgeable and engaging chiropractor. The physio staff that I have engaged with, including Mrs. Manchanda and one of her assistants, Mr. Jesse Owens, are very knowledgeable and considerate. They were also able to accommodate my need for an immediate appointment. Great place that I highly recommend.
