It's pretty good service! Place is small but clean and well kept. I enjoyed my experience (bought from Groupon) and bought a few more packages with the spa directly. Prices are not bad, average I'd say, but I like the atmosphere cause its cozy, close to DT and the staffs are nice - like it.
I thought they were a bit hard to find. It's on the second level, so you really have to look for the small dome awning building to find the entrance. Also, it's hard to get a hold of someone to book an appointment. Whether it's through phone or email, it takes about 48 hours to get a response. I live near Markham. Even if I stop by before or after work it's out of the way, especially my office hours are 11am - 6pm. That's the only downfall and reason why it lost 2 stars, because of the communication/reservation inconvenience.

Angela at La'Dira is the only person I trust with my face. I try to commit to 4 facials a year (one at the turn of every season). I just got my spring facial, microdermabrasion, oxygen treatment and I feel like a brand new woman. Goodbye dry winter skin and hello spring face. I swear I look years younger. In summer, I'm going to get a stream facial with deep extraction. I'm very thrilled.

Amazing 5 star service! Had Sea Salt Glow and Diamond Microdermabrasion done! This is my third and, so far, the best microderm. The quality is so good that even fancy places like bellair cannot compare! Keep up good work, La'Dira!
