Whoever drives the van for Uberdog shouldn’t be behind the wheel of a vehicle. She blew through a stop sign as I was in the intersection waiting to make my left. Nearly hit me and just gave me a stupid look. If her driving is any indication of how she treats dogs, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Definitely won’t bring my dog here. Might want to send her back to driving school.

Terrible grooming experience. I asked specifically for a puppy trim and not to use the clippers. When I pick up my 7 month old puppy he was shaved and the groomer was so rude about it saying that was the shortest clippers she had. She didn't even trim his ears. Not a very warm welcoming place either and they do not even let you see into the grooming area. That should have been my first red flag to not leave my dog with them. My dog also walked home with a limp with his back leg. This place is also over priced but they can get away with it because if how in demand grooming is in the area.
My advice is actually walk into places before booking and leaving your dog.

Ridiculously priced for a mediocre job. I went in with my 60 pound labradoodle for a bath, nail trip, and sanitary clean up - cost was $96. I also asked them to not touch his bangs. They cut right across his face and it looks goofy. Will not be returning and I would recommend seeking alternative grooming options.

I had a horrible experience coming here. It was my first time getting my puppy fully groomed. Everything that I asked them not to do they did. They completely screwed up the way that he looks and I feel embarrassed to take him out. As I do understand he was matted they could have conformed to what me the customer wanted, rather than doing what they did and claiming it was in the best interest of my dog. I am in completly horrified to how my dog is looking. They were also not very nice people and my dog was left with slight razor burns on his legs and belly area. Do NOT take your dogs here

Happy Tails is FANTASTIC! Our golden doodle is really frightened of the power dryers used at grooming places. I spoke to Jerome at Happy Tails, and he assessed her and made special arrangements to limit the stress. The grooming was excellent - just what I wanted. And when we picked her up, she looked very happy. We were told that everything had gone very smoothly. We've found a new groomer! Thanks, Happy Tails.
