I am very happy with the service I received. I've been struggling for 12 years with brown pigmentation on my face. I tried almost all cosmetics available in the market including creams prescribed by a doctor. Nothing worked at all. The machine in this salon did a fantastic job and I strongly recommend it to anyone with a similar problem. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Recently I started going here to get scaring removed on my chest, back and arms that I have had since I was 11 when I got the chicken pocks. I did not expect my scaring to be gone over because I've had it for so many years so I know it will take months, maybe a few years for it to be completely gone. But I will say just after just two sessions of doing the oxygen facial which is usually for the face but they had no problem doing it on the body they said it would work just as good. I'm noticing an improvement. My skin looks brighter, more even toned and I can slowly see the scars fading. I think this may be the best my skin has looked. I have four more sessions to go so I'm excited to see the progress at the end. For years I have been very self conscious about my scaring especially when wearing anything sleeveless. I'm very happy I found this place and found a cheaper alternative to laser.

I bought one of these Groupon deals for laser hair removal for 4-6 sessions. I had the treatment done on my face about a year ago, and have seen very little to result in terms of hair being "REMOVED" at all.
In one of my sessions, the regular lady did not show up, and there was a new lady doing the procedures, and burnt a part of my forehead! When I told her, she said "I used the same level as the other lady", no apology or concern or recommendations on how to heal the scar, and with a minor doze of attitude as if I should be sorry that my forehead skin disappointed her!
This experience is from a year and few months ago, and my skin is healed since. Of course, I never went back to this place, but since cosmetic clinics/spas are popping everywhere in Toronto, I decided to post this so others can make informed decision on choosing a professional team.

Having been to another laser hair removal spa before (it didn't work at all and they took all of 3 minutes to do my underarms), I was reluctant to try again somewhere else. Thank goodness I gave Dermedica a try because they are wonderful. The environment and staff are great! Zara was so knowledgeable and helpful with the consultation and my technician Sherri is beyond wonderful. I am so comfortable with her and have added my legs and soon other parts to my initial underarm area. I'm planning on getting the whole shabaam! The price is also super reasonable. Did I mention that right now after 4 treatments, my hair is 90% gone. This is a great spa with an excellent staff and impeccable service/results!

My experience was amazing. I received a laser hair removal treatment with the Clarity: Lutronic laser for my chin, neck and cheeks. I have used laser hair removal for many years to get my facial hair under control while avoiding the nasty dark marks left by plucking and waxing on my chocolaty brown skin. The pain of laser removal is the worst part but this laser was the best experience I've ever had. It is not painless but it is certainly less painful! By the time I was ready to leave I had forgotten all about the procedure I just had. The staff is friendly and the location is calming. Dermedica Laser and Spa is more like a wellness centre than an antiseptic clinic. I could definitely become a regular client.
