Very clean place, and surprisingly spacious. Except a bit out of way and terribly hard to find a parking space, this is definitely a gem for more mature clienteles (30's and up). But there are twinks (20's)looking for daddies too.
Very comfortable and all amenities are there: dry sauna, steam room, video room, locker room, big somber play room for some heated group funs...
However, timing is everything.

Serves a niche clientele -- mostly older guys. Very culturally diverse crowd. Small place, always clean, but so small that you can't hide if there's somebody you want to avoid. Also, ZERO tolerance for drugs of any kind. VERY busy Mondays. Not busy evenings.

Very petite sauna. You can walk it in 2 minutes. Washrooms need to be improved. Masculine guys here, older crowd 45+, although you see some young guys. Closeted guys (who I like) come here which is good. Steamroom and Sauna are okay. Try to come here when they have promotions ( when there's cheapest prices available)
