The atmosphere & staff were great. I've read about how other 1 star reviews complained about trying to be up sold through out their experience. BUT i found that as long as I was polite & clear in not wanting any of that until the end they were respectful & courteous. There is 100% a language barrier which makes it harder for conversing & can be mistaken for bad service.BUT, my wife & I got along fine with the staff (gave them high 5s) ONLY SUGGESTION, provide slippers for guests.

Customer Service is a huge part of the spa experience and they just seemed really rude. I had scheduled an appointment a week ago and when I called to confirm a day before, it hadn't even been logged in. Then, the receptionist was really rude, waving me off and refusing to listen to my concerns. I have tried calling and speaking to the manager, but the manager doesn't seem to be available and once more, the receptionist waved ne off by saying they have too many calls coming in. I understand the work volume, but shouldn't every customer be treated respectfully?
The lack of customer service and people refusing to give you their time to listen to what you have to say is a real turn off. I would like to see their staff improve in that sense.

VERY deep massage. I was a bit sore for a while. But the atmosphere is relaxing. We soaked our feet when we got there, I thought that was a nice way to start.

Best massage and foot reflexology with Ada. Special tea on arrival and departure and she was just a gem. The right amount of pressure and all the right spots from head to toe. Thank you to Ada and lovely ladies at reception too.
