I've been there few times and always had great experience with previous technician as well as with Rachel who is super sweet. They are most friendly, explain the procedure thoroughly and Rachel is very tender. I also gave great review with my previous experiences on Groupon:) However my lip filler few days ago did not go quite well - I knew something was not right when I was injected in that spot. I informed her that very moment - I was told that "its not anything to worry about that I should just massage and drink lots of water when I get home". When Rachel was done and I look at my lips in the mirror it looked fantastic, I loved it :) .... but while waiting at the reception area as my brother was getting his procedure done, I could feel something lumpy on the inside but I was still partially frozen so I did not worry too much, however as soon as the technician came back out, I informed her once again, she told me the same as befor, "just massage and drink lots of water"..... I've been doing as instructed and still have a hard lump in the inside of my upper left lip and on the outside is bit bigger, that is I believe, due to a little too much filler on that side in that one spot(it's not so apparent when far away, but someone face to face with me will notice it right away and most importantly, I see it everyday and feel that lump on the inside every moment); Please note that my 3 star rating review is solely based on my last experience with this little mishap. I will continue to go there and will recommend for Nasolabial Fillers, as my previous experiences has always been fantastic!:)
Update: 5th October, 2017: wrote my review above, a week after the procedure was done. I did visit another Lip Specialist to take a look at my lip, and they informed me that, the lump on the inside of my upper lip was because of a little bit too much of the filler in one spot and that I may need to drain it.
In the meantime, I did communicate with Rachel via text msg's as well as email. After the exchange in text msg's back and forth (all in one day -Saturday)- she followed up with me via text once, on the following Monday morning, as well as the gentleman, on the very same day via email). I informed them both(via text and email) that the swelling had gone down very very little which was still concerning as i still had a big almost hard lump on the inside of my left upper lip, but at least it was not getting worse, so i was comforted by that. I thank them both for following up with me on that day. This was the last day/time that we communicated.
Now as previously stated weeks ago, I did as instructed, massage, massage, massage. The swelling on and on the inside of my left upper lip went down very very little. By this point, I was ready to have it drained because i had enough of feeling and seeing the left side of my upper lip noticeably bigger than the right.
So couple days ago I went to see the Lip specialist who recommended draining - I had it drained, and I feel much better:))
Because of this experience, I won't be doing the Lip Filler procedure at BodyBrite anymore - I would still recommend for Nasolabial Line filler:)

ALL I CAN SAY IS GREAT PLACE !! EVERYONE THERE VERY VERY FRIENDLY AND LOVELY PEOPLE OVER THERE THEY HELP A LOTS AND THEY ARE VERY NICE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! THANK YOU DR ASHMAIL AND RACHEL !

Got lip fillers and they are amazing! They know exactly what their doing and make you look fabulous. Would recommend anyone to go there. Love my lips so much
