Pleasant time spent here on a Saturday. If you go on a Saturday be prepared for a long wait (we came in and put down our names at 11:30 and ended up going inside at around 1 pm).
The Waters circuit is great, and we both felt relaxed and walked around in a warm soft bliss afterwards despite it being a rainy day. Only wish is that they ran the sauna hotter as it never seems to get hot enough for a proper sweat. A Hammam-style cold water basin would also be very welcome in the steam room!
Just a little note on bathhouse courtesy: PLEASE keep the doors to steam room and sauna closed and don’t hold the door open for friends or while you hang your towel. It lets out the heat and ruins the experience!

There is so much good to say about this location:
-The place is BEAUTIFUL they keep the location spotless. There's a vanity where you'd think it'd be a mess. SPOTLESS.
- Everything is always in order. I've been here many times and have never seen any "out of order" signs.
- The STAFF. I hosted a bacherlorette party here. Unfortunately there was a time mix up, and we were pretty late leaving in time when they closed, but the staff was unbelievably patient, forgiving and considerate, understanding there was a mix up. Such great women.
-The treatments are a bit pricey but they include access to therapeutic waters, so I understand.
- The vibe and ambiance is a combination of relaxation and fun.
-The Juice bar drinks are delicious
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location for a solo or group visit.

Treated myself to a birthday spa package here and was mostly impressed. Loved the waters and the poolside beverage service. It's more of a casual spa than over the top luxury, which was fine. I had the Mud Bake and Therapeutic Massage, the latter was excellent, very relaxing. I was disappointed in the mud bake - firstly because my aesthetician was 10 min late to my appointment and I saw her rush in with shopping bags, and the procedure was a little more clinical than I had envisioned. (lots of hosing down on a table). Overall it was a great experience, I'll make a few different choices on my next visit.

My intention to go to the spa today was to get some relaxation before having to go back to work as a teacher. Instead, I felt irritated coming out of that spa. They had a couple of young girls there that were accompanied by their mothers. I wouldn't have minded them being there had they been respectful of the rules to remain quiet and be courteous of the other guests but they weren't. They treated the place like a public pool and talked/laughed loudly throughout my time there. I tried to go inside the steam room since it was a "no talking zone" to get away from the noise but they followed and kept opening and closing the door because the room was too hot for them.
I had a massage appointment so I thought it would give me a break from being aggravated by the group. However, the massage wasn't all that relaxing. I told the masseuse to apply more pressure but instead, I felt like I just got rubbed down with some oil. I came out still with knots in my back.
Overall, the atmosphere has the potential to be relaxing. It is clean and the staff members are nice, but they do need to have stricter rules in terms of people talking too loudly or allowing young girls to come into the place.

Loved the pools and concept - a beautiful escape from a busy daily life where the pools are beautifully appointed with wonderful service. I love the nice touch where you can order drinks at the spa and liked the circuit. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the actual service I received which was a back scrub - it was the oddest experience ever. You lie on a table in a very industrial like room where they basically hose you down - I did not find this relaxing or at all rejuvenating. However, I loved the pools and they were a wonderful experience!
