Decent food but restaurant is super dated. Very efficient during lunch hours.

Horrible service. Customers were waiting way to long. There were four people behind the counter, one only making the burgers, fries, onion rings, etc. One at serve counter and the other two putting about wiping counters. Customers ahead of me were called one burger at a time, then the next customer had one burger made, then back to the other customer, then to me for one burger, back to another customer. Not one person had a full order completed under 15 minutes. And no matter how many people complained, nothing was done to rectify the situation.
Someone needs to go in and sort out this location. No one seems to know what they are doing.
My receipt time was 4:31pm, I was not finished receiving my order until 4:48pm on July 15, 2017

Food is always good. I can see why people may say that the staff don't look happy because they usually don't - but I haven't noticed the thing about the hands touching a bunch of stuff and handling food afterwards. There's tons of seating but most people take it to go. There is usually a line up at lunch and dinner but if you plan to eat in, you will have plenty of options to sit. The washroom could use some work though.
