Worst service ever. Captive audience with the apartments and offices nearby and no other options, they basically have to open their doors to get business and have no need to worry about customer service. They overbook, and only get about 5 walk ins through an hour. Emergency care at the hospital is faster than this place.

I was the last patient when I visited and by the time they got to me, it was unfortunately already past their closing time. Nonetheless, both the clinic and pharmacy stayed open almost an extra hour to make sure I got the help I needed, no questions asked. They didn't rush me out and didn't make me feel like I was a burden for making them wait so long. Fantastic care from a great team of professionals who really care about their patients. Thank you!

Came in on a Wednesday. They were opening the walk in at 2pm. I arrived early around 1:00pm and decided to wait. I was the first one seem and out very quick so it worked great for me. The doctor was both attentive and efficient.

I had a wonderful doctor. That doctor left and the replacement is also excellent. My other interactions have also largely been excellent. So I have had great experiences here, although I understand some of the comments about reception.

The way they run things is a little ridiculous! My doctor there is male but I wanted a female to do my physical. Was told the female that can do it is a walk in doctor but they still made an apt for me at 9 am this week. Perfect!
I walked in this week and was told that I need to wait to see her until EVERY PERSON that is currently waiting to see the walk in doctor has seen her. I explained I had an apt for 9 so why isn't that honored? I was told that "she's a walk in and doesn't make apts" Then WHY DID YOU MAKE ME ONE I asked? Was told they do it as a courtesy to let the walk in doctor know that she has specific apts that day. I said I need to see a female doctor and what can I do? I was told to sit and wait - even though I have to be at work and hence why I made the apt - or go to a clinic. Great advice.
Brutal, waste of my time and completely unprofessional the way they do things there.
