I can't thank them enough for the work they have done and continue to do on my rehabilitation from a bicycle accident. I mainly dealt with Farzad and Ben and could not be more satisfied with the care and advice they gave me. All the other staff have been very pleasant to deal with as well.

Farzad and the rest of the staff are amazing - always caring, conversational, attentive, and professional. I started my sessions there with horrible pain and a pretty heavy amount of hopelessness, and wrapped things up feeling better than I did before my injury. He knew exactly what he was doing, and I never felt at all like they were dragging things out. Once I recovered, they cut the cord and saved my wallet. Of course, if things go back downhill, I won't hesitate to make CBI my first choice to visit.

Sarah is amazing! My neck is so much better- I've regained so much mobility and my headaches are finally under control! She was so friendly and helpful and I could not have done it without her :)

I have been a client at this location for approximately 7 months for treatment of back pain following an injury. My experience at CBI and with physiotherapist Sarah Marshall has been exceptional. Sarah has patiently taught me the origins of my back pain and has provided the techniques for combating chronic pain and soothing intense flare ups. I am now my own physiotherapist. She is very positive, always emphasizes the areas where I am making progress and she has a reassuring quality that I trust. She is very up-to-date on advances in pain research and is empirical in her approach. The administrative staff are also very positive and helpful. It is never difficult to schedule last minute appointments and they are on top of cancellation lists and the likes. As you can see, I only have positive comments and so I recommend that you try them out!

Farzad was the best, his care was very thorough. He is very cheerful and listened to my concerns and allowed me to resume my normal activities.
