I have my vehicle and home insurance with belairdirect. Every time I called them over the phone, the advisors are always so helpful and professional. Everything can be easily set up through a quick phone call! Earlier this year, my family was driving my vehicle and got into an accident (100% not my family's fault). My car insurance provided a good coverage to fix my car and they did not increase my coverage for the new contract. I definitely recommend this company to everyone who is expecting first class service!

Best Home and Auto Insurance I have ever had. App is so easy to use and has everything you will ever need to know about your policies.
The rates are the best around and I check every year.
No accident rebates on following year.

When talking to an advisor on the phone i was able to get a discount for multiple policies. The service was so quick and precise that even my car dealer received a detailed email about my new policy when they were still an the phone discussing the terms of rent to own vehicle i bought when i wanted to switch my policies from old vehicle to the new one. Amazing service , very quick and cost efficient. Loving it....thank you for everything.

So far this has been the most pleasant insurance company to deal with so far. They have been nothing but accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. The customer service I've received each time has been wonderful. Not to forget, their prices have been more than competitive. I hope things stay this way so my family can continue our services with them for many years to come.

Great rates and excellent customer service over the phone. The rate provided online was the rate given upon completion of my phone conversation. Upon renewal I was pleasantly surprised to find my premium has decreased significantly (nearly $200/yr.). Also completed the automerit program and found the directions to be straight forward and easy to understand. Very impressed so far.
