The representatives at the company are rude, threatening and I have never been so dissatisfied with a insurance carrier. After denying my claim for a medical issues all I can say that I will never again purchase any type of insurance through this company. Not helpful. Ignorant and just another cash grabbing company. I have dealt with some classy insurance people and AIG is not one of them. BIG FAIL
