This place is dirtier than the now sold palace arms and more expensive, and the tenants are worst than the Palace, now that is a really bad achievement

We have not had running hot water for the last five days!!
Management seems to have dropped the ball a bit on that one!!
Come on, the landlord and tenant act requires it to be fixed within 24 hours for goodness sake!!

This hotel is for prostitutes and drug dealers that's why there rooms are 30 a night and yes this hotel or half way house is what I would call it. Also there are tons of cockroaches bed bugs etc I have seen them with my own eyes eating a pastry next to my bed. Very disgusting. You couldnt even pay me to stay a night there ever again. It's literally something out of a horror movie. I thought this place would have been shut down many many years ago.but as long as the government gets their money who cares about human life. This place is an extreme health hazards if u stay there u will have unexplained rash- bed bugs bites or worse a communicable diseases since the place is loaded with junkies
