Reservation was cancelled without notice. Front desk helpful in finding a room, but ended up with a single, uncomfortable bed. Room was basic and fine. No perk or price reduction from confusion and downgrade in my room. Location is key, but lots of other options.
Wouldn't go again.

Nice lobby, great location. Room was very small, but clean. Had 2 single beds, but very noisy whenever I turned over during my night's sleep. I'm sure the laminate flooring didn't help here. A lot of noise coming from downstairs until 2am, sounded like construction and could be heard from the 7th floor. Walls are paper thin, could hear the shower next door. Not a great experience, but staff was friendly and let me check-in at 9am.

A good budget place if you are passing through Toronto. I was there for business, thus it did not suit my needs. Internet is good for checking email, but nothing else. Rooms are small, entrance door is 3ft from the bed. Iron is of a food quality compared to the shirts I am ironing. I had to ask for a bar of soap. Little things but the add up. It was clean, and that's always good. Also, efficient with wake-up calls.

The hotel is right downtown which is convenient for getting around. They do not have their own parking lot or garage but they have a list of nearby parking facilities on their website. The room was small but comfortable. Unfortunately we ended up in a room near a stairwell and were awoken at night by the door slamming. The rate was reasonable but we did book at a discount as part of a larger group. All in all, not a bad stay but nothing special.

Rooms are very small. The shower are very short and you not accommodate for tall individuals. The floor is being Hardwood or laminate make for very noisy interaction between rooms. And the front desk staff and waiters and waitresses in the restaurants in the lobby are not very personable. However the cleaning staff for the rooms works very hard to maintain cleanliness and are very pleasant. On a side note it would be nice if they had actual bars of soap for showering and bathing.
