Dr Fielding has changed my life.
I am a young 25ish year old male who had gynecomastia. Dr Fielding offers a significantly lower price for bilateral excision gynecomastia compared to other private clinics I've seen, and the work he has done on my chest has honestly made me a completely different person. It has brought my confidence back. He removed the perfect amount of material so that my chest is now flat and perfect. He went over every aspect of the surgery with me beforehand, allowed me to voice any concerns I had, and honestly made the entire process incredibly simple. He's also just genuinely a very friendly guy (and showed much interest in the work I do in grad school).
He is a very well renowned plastic surgeon, involved in medical education at UofT. Both during the surgery, and at the followup, he was accompanied by some sort of medical student. Somehow this put me at ease, and showed me that this is a person I could trust with my very personal problem, I saw him then as a teacher figure, an expert.
If I shook this mans hand long enough to show him how much his service meant to me, it would be an awkwardly long handshake.

I saw Dr Fielding for a ganglion cyst aspiration and he was gentle and kind with his words. He took the time to calm me down when I was nervous about the needle and made small talk during the procedure to pass the time. I found him to be genuine and compassionate on the two occasions I had appointments with him. Keep in mind, he is extremely busy and, as for all specialists, can be back logged for appointments (I had a minimal wait time of 30-40 minutes at his clinic).
I had two cysts growing beside each other and he aspirated the first one successfully, I will be back for him to do the second in a few months.

I would give zero stars to this no mannered, arrogant a-hole. Went for a consultation that lasted all of 5 minutes and did not have the time to explain or answer any of my questions regarding the removal of a cyst. Not even sure why I decided to go with him.
Got the cyst removed the same week at the hospital and he was so rude. One month later and the pain from the cyst and where he violently scraped behind my ear is still there and now I have a very painful bump where he operated.
He doesn't know what he's doing and now I'm going to a different plastic surgeon to fix what he messed up and to see if the pain and bump can be operated on.

ZERO STARS FOR THIS IDIOT CRACK POT WHO HAS NO MANNERS AND NO ETIQUETTE WHEN IT COMES TO BOOKING APPOINTMENTS. SEEN HIM IN THE FRACTURE CLINIC WITH A BROKEN JAW AT ST. JOSEPHS IN TORONTO HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR 1 PM WAS SEEN APPROXIMATELY AT 4PM- HOWEVER EVERYONE THERE HAD THE SAME APPOINTMENT TIME FOR 1PM -WHO SCHEDULES SUCH APPOINTMENTS WITH NO REGARDS FOR THEIR PATIENTS EXCEPT THEMSELVES AND VALUES ONLY HIS OWN TIME POINT ONE.
