Its been three years since my cartilage removal and ACL reconstruction. I had to convince Dr Lopez to reconstruct my long gone ACL and thankfully he did it.
I was and still am an avid squash player. Not wearing a brace on my knee.
I'm looking forward to another competitive season at 53 years old.
Though I hope that I don't have more problems for a little while, I know where I will go to have them fixed.
