I'm not a local, so it takes great length for me to visit this store. I knew this store has OVER PRICED items but I still visits it because of its great inventory. But for me, customer service trumps everything, which is something this store lacks. That is the only reason why I will NEVER return to this store again. I've bought over $700 worth of Hot Toys figures and one of them has a slight problem (it was missing an accessory straight from the box). Without hearing me out about my problem, the guy with the glasses started stating their 'no return' policy and just brushed me off. Dude, I'm not trying to return or exchange. Give me some options for resolving my problem. Maybe sell me the accessory or direct me to another place where I can get it. Not worth my time and money to shop at this store. People! you can get all the stuff they sell for much cheaper price somewhere else!!!

Great selection of all stuff! I love Sailor Moon and was pleasantly surprised. Would go again.

You walk into the store and are greeted politely. You are then promptly followed by the greeting employee as if you are going to steal something. Several times we were asked if we needed assistance while my tall friend gently brought down merchandise to look at. We politely declined. However, we could see the staff member staring at us from around the corner.
You are, as others have mentioned, automatically assumed to be a thief when you walk in. Save your pennies and go to Navito world instead. At least they'll treat you like a person.

Not only are they overpriced, they treat their customers like criminals. You've failed at customer service and retail management when you need to resort to assuming everyone in your store is a thief.
Being helpful, engaging and attentive is the right way to do loss prevention.

Great stock. Poor customer service. Hope the owner learns to receive the criticism in these reviews with more class. Great potential but owner chooses to keep his eyes shut and ears plugged.
