One of Toronto's best kept secrets. Superb service and I couldn't boast enough about the menu. Thank you for a beautiful dinner once again. Highly recommend!!!

Great little romantic restaurant tucked away off College St. They have a giant wood fired oven (as suggested by the name) and a regular menu as well as separate vegetarian menu. I would highly recommend trying one of the pasta dishes. Expect to wait a bit for your food (our meal of drinks, bread, apps, main, dessert took around 2 hours from start to finish) however it does state on the menu that they can accommodate and bring things quickly if you are in a hurry.

Been here 4 times in the past 2 years, and it never disappoints. Their seasonal menus are always beckoning and if you go there, make sure you try as much as you are able to off their menu. I would like to believe I will be a forever loyal diner there.

The best meal I had when visiting friends in Toronto was at Woodlot. The food is perfect! I had some delicious pork, but the start of the meal was a simple looking pasta dish a friend had - probably the best pasta I've ever had! Couldn't recommend Woodlot more.

Want to sit and wait on a cocktail? This is your bar! Wait-a-lot serves excellent drinks, crafted in another, significantly slower time zone. Hungry? Don't worry within 24-48 hours you may get service/food. Boy is it delicious! Boy will you wolf it down because you have literally waited hours for it. Don't worry if you don't savour it because of the hold-up, sure as hell the service staff won't.
