I would go here occasionally and liked it until I realized that the service was inconsistent. One girl had a terrible attitude and did not want to serve or be there. There are two guys that basically neglect the non-regulars especially if they are having conversations with each other or with customers and ignore what is happening at the counter. The reason I gave it one star is for Ryan who is an all around amazing person who caters to everyone. He is extemely accommodating, friendly and seasoned in customer interactions and generally a kind person.
The manager is especially was especially rude and arrogant. Very unexpected behaviour not worth the money to be treated so poorly.
As a person who has worked in food and beverage and with customer service for 20+ years I was shocked to be hearing what I did. No shame.
Many other cafes in tge neighbourhood as I've been told from friends. Shame.

Nice environment. Staff are very friendly. When ordering a latte, it wasn't warm so make sure you are satisfied with your drinks! Otherwise a great choice.

I love this place! It's my weekend treat. Their Mochas are the best I have ever had and their baked goods are delish! The best visits are those where there's a discussion with staff about cinema and TV, especially all things Star Wars.

Visited Lit for the first time today and loved it! I had a delicious Americano. Very friendly staff, lovely music and relaxing atmosphere. Really nice and clean washrooms too! Definitely coming back, and I'm going to recommend this place to my friends!!
