too crowded. unfriendly security. long line ups even on coach check. cant breathe inside, the place smells. I think it needs to be more organized and due for reno.

Rude and racist security guards at the front door. I've been going there for 2 years without incident, and although it smells like sewage backup, I usually still have fun here. The other night however, I waited in line for 30 minutes just for them to refuse to let me in because "You're the one from last time". What does that even mean???Once they decided I was someone else, they wouldn't even speak to me and told me to get out of line and move along.The only time I've ever had to deal with security here was when my coat was stolen in the middle of winter and security didn't give two f**ks, they just kicked me out into the street in minus 40 degree weather, instead of helping me find it. Don't waste your time with this place, the front door staff are on the biggest power trip ever and clearly just love having authority plus their customer service skills are non-existent.

Awful terrible drag act, just sat on a chair and mimed. No interaction with audience. Got bored and left. Went to another bar with better entertainment and cheaper drinks

The staff are the absolute rudest, DISRESPECTFUL people i have ever seen and experienced.
This place sucks! Don't waste your money here! Crews and Tangos I hope you consider hiring people that are better trained. I will never again come back nor will any of my friends.

My hotel concierge suggested this place. Being from out of town, I expected people from Toronto to be very rude, but to my surprise everyone was so friendly with me and my wife. I never been to a place were people were so fun, caring, and very affectionate I must say.
People must have thought I was famous or something because guys kept on coming up to me. Even my wife was quite the star, women we buying her drinks all night. People are so friendly here. I'll definitely tell my kids to come here when they visit Toronto this Summer.
