I have been training at JKC for a little over a month and I am absolutely hooked! Jon tailors to every fitness goal I wish to reach and will encourage me throughout the process. JKC has pushed me to meet my goals while ensuring I am training safely. Zero regrets with my decision to go to JKC!

Overall my experience with JK conditioning has been great, I highly recommend him to anyone seeking any sort of improvement in their fitness needs. Working with Jon has helped me see big improvements in my strength training as well as my past shoulder stability issues. I will definitely continue to work with him for all my fitness goals.

My experience training with Jon has been fantastic! He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to evaluate and assess mobility issues, and worked with me to find variations on exercises that don't aggravate my injuries while simultaneously providing exercises and stretches to improve mobility. Anyone looking to get a workout plan that will meet YOUR individual goals and be tailored to your own body, JK Conditioning is the right place! They're also very responsive through email to answer any follow up questions or concerns. I can't say enough good things about JK Conditioning!

I've been training with Jon since 2013 and I am completely satisfied with every aspect of it. First and foremost, he is a genuinely nice guy. He is very clear in setting the plan once goals are identified and modifies things as needed. His approach is evidence-based and he is a stickler for good technique. NO gimmicks or promises, just a lot of fun and hard work. I have no hesitation with referring friends and family to Jon.

I’ve been going to Jon since August 2014. I’m not trying to be a better marathon runner or a better NHL hockey player (at least not yet). I suffer from a certain condition, a disinclination to activity or exertion despite having the ability to do so (yes…we all know the real word for that). Jon is a professional trainer who cares about and is committed to what he is doing, is enthusiastic, consistent and dedicated to his profession and not just doing a job. It really helps me be consistent and dedicated (and sometimes enthusiastic….just not this week after the 2 week XMAS break). I started toying with the idea of using a personal trainer in 2013 and saw Jon’s site and I should have contacted him then…..instead of buying that home gym, thingamabob, whatchamacallit…..which requires constant referral to a manual. Things work so much better for me when I have an appointment with someone telling me what to do, how to do it and offering motivation. My manual doesn’t do that and the thingamabob, whatchamacallit doesn’t care if I ever show up.
