Joe was really helpful when I brought in a bunch of old concert tickets to be framed. He helped with some layout ideas and then the frame & mat choices resulting in two nicely done frames. They hang in my work office and have already garnered many compliments.

This place is the best. I went in there on Friday to repair my busted up grad portrait. The owner cut and replaced the non-glare glass free of charge. Not only did he do me a favour but it looked professional too. I am definitely going to him for my future portrait needs.

Was looking for a framer online in the Niagara Falls area. The one I found had a poor rating, however there was a referral to Ferrante Framing suggesting they had dealt with them and had excellent service. I checked out the google rating for the company and decided to take a chance. Very glad I did. Customer Service - rate 5 star; and product 5 star. They made several suggestions for each portrait, and I am very satisfied with the finished product.
