Placed an order, asked for thin crust told it is not an option. Wings were over cooked and very little sauce in them. Pizza it self was decent for the price

worst place ever, I usually never leave reviews but this place was just that bad. It started off on a thurs night last week, I can't even remember its been that long, but I ordered the pizza which not only took too long to arrive but arrived severely undercooked as 3 out of 5 of us found out when we bit in. When I called in to ask for a refund they tried to convince me it was cooked properly when the dough was clearly more gummy that fluffy (if at all). they had told me that the manager / owner would call me but to no avail, called in again on Friday, same story with no call back, over the weekend tried to call in several times each time either hung up on as soon as refund was mentioned or thee phone was never picked up.
DO NOT GO HERE TRUST ME YOU WILL REGRET

The new ownership ruined this whole place.
I had cash on me and I tipped the girl that took my order and got everything ready for me because she deserved it. She took care of me and that order, and the next time I went in the new cashier told me that the girl I had given a tip to got in trouble because she accepted my tip that I had given directly to her.
Unbelievably disgusting that the owner or manager would treat that employee like that.
I loved going here but ever since they changed ownership this place has gone downhill fast.
The food use to be great and now it's always cold, and undercooked and rarely do they get the orders right on delivery.
Ps. I love how they just copy and paste a response on here in response to everyone. They just change the name to make it seem more personal.

This place sucks. I ordered a medium pizza for delivery and when the guy showed up he charged me $2 for being out of driving range (I live 1 minute from the pizza place) and then another $2 for the debit machine. Was not informed I would be charged for either upon ordering. My 1 medium pizza came to $20. Extremely upset. My pizza was barely hot as well. Do not recommend!!

Decided to try out this pizza after going to Pure Effects hair salon, it was amazing. I loved the cheddar chipotle dipping sauce and the 2 slice pizza. Great!!
