Poor accessibility for the disabled. There are only a handful of parking spots for the disabled, which are almost always full. Consequently, most of the time I--who cannot walk or stand easily--either walk a considerable distance to get into the movie theater or I simply go back home. Once inside, patrons wait in the same line for tickets and concessions, meaning that patrons stand in line about 15 minutes to get into the show. Clearly, the company is trying to encourage people to purchase tickets on-line, but if a disabled person uses an Access pass , he or she is stuck inching along in a very long line, which is extremely difficult for those who cannot walk or stand well. A solution would be to have a separate line with the word "Access" and the disabled logo.

Very upset, called a speedy and came down to see the later movie was only ten minutes late and doors were locked and no one would let me inside. Already paid for my tickets and I was also charged twice for them.

Comfortable seats, and clean. Concessions are overpriced, but on par for any theatre really. Drink variety vastly superior to cineplex

Nice seats and lots of cinemas. I really like that all cinemas now have assigned seating, so it's great for booking your ticket ahead and avoiding the line ups. The Web site also works very well, even from a smart phone.

We enjoyed this theatre. Mind you we went on a sunny Sunday afternoon- so it wasn't busy.
The food was good & reasonable compared to other theatres. LOVE the self serve pop...especially choosing flavoured WATER...I like getting a large drink- but prefer no sugar. So making your own Dasani was nice- choosing your own flavour was even better.
Theatre was large & screen seemed bigger than most. Only complaint would be that the arms are stationary- so no extra arm room.
We enjoyed this theatre. Mind you we went on a sunny Sunday afternoon- so it wasn't busy.
