My dog had a middle of the night emergency and Dr Geoff Iacobelli met me within 10 minutes of my call. He was very friendly and thorough - spending over 2 hours with my dog, doing an exam, blood work and xrays. I received a follow up call several hours later to check on my dog's condition.

We moved to Sarnia in May 2016 and we have used this veterinary office for the following services, dental cleaning, regular physicals, immunizations, conductivities, and nail trimming. Every time we visit, the staff has been so kind and welcoming to our dog. Our dog is incredible shy and yet he actually takes treats from the staff (very unusual for him!!). I have complete confidence in their skill and compassion for our fur baby.

How come the review about the bleeding dog that was attacked by another dog and denied care at your facility is being blocked here from full view -- nice try.

I can't believe there are negative reviews on the Rapids Veterinary.I have been to many vets with various animals over the years and Dr Iacobelli is by far the the best.I recently moved to Sarnia and have an aging dog.I am so lucky to have found Dr Iacobelli. He is very knowledgeable and has helped my dog through a few issues.He is very knowledgeable and he takes the time to explain. His staff is very caring, I would highly recommend them!

I am currently looking for a Vet for our newly adopted fur baby. We were considering this vet office but I have just heard some disheartening news about a liitle dog who's owner her brought to this this clinic in a real emergancy. And was turned away because it was CLOSING TIME....... Seriously why would you turn away an emergency where the 🐕 needed accute Medical attention... Bleeding from a dog attack.... If this is true i dont think i can trust your judgement..... This is truly distributing to me.... I'm not too sure if I could trust the newest member of our family to someone whom would not do the right thing!!! Regarless of CLOSING TIME!!! It would kinda be like trusting my children to Bluewater Health and that doesn't happen!!!!!!!!🐶 YOU SHOULD BE ASSAMED OF YOU'RE ACTIONS OR LACK OF THE RIGHT ACTIONS!!!! This has cost you're company a patient!!!! Congrates!!!! ! Such a shame!! How do you sleep at night????????
