On time. Polite driver. Knew the address with no help of GPS. Helped me to get the cash to pay the fair. Also gave me discount! Overall really satisfied

Worst cab company I ever dealt with - At first, I was told 15-20 minutes so I called back after 25 just making sure they could get here - it was a pretty snowy day but my son and I had to catch a plane for his surgery in Montreal. They told me they had no record of my call and their delay caused me to not be able to make the trip to the airport in a safe time.
To make it better, I had already called and cancelled another cab company as I didn't want them to show up and not have a fare.
I get a call almost 45 minutes later from someones cell phone saying they were Hybrid Taxi, and they are outside my door and must have forgotten to call. I have already cancelled all my appointments so thanks but I'm going nowhere because of them.
They didn't even bother apologizing for their lack of organization or professionalism but what can I expect from someone who takes 3x as long to reach a destination, forgets to call and there's no record of my call?
I am beyond livid and sincerely hope they go out of business quickly.
