J appelle il y à 6 mois pour faire mon changement d adresse. Je rappelle au mois de janvier pour rajouter mon conjoint comme deuxième conducteur et redonne la même adresse. Le monsieur me suggère de rappeler le jour que mon conjoint à 25 ans, On va pouvoir renégocier la prime . Je rappelle aujourd hui, mon adresse n'avait pas été modifié, On refait la modification, On me dit que je peux pas faire baisser le prix pour mon conjoint, Et j apprend que je dois payer plus cher pour le changement d adresse, alors que me l on en avait jamais fait part il y à 6 mois. On tente de me négocier une assurance maison, qui me coûte plis cher que celle que mon conjoint à déjà, En me disait que ça va faire baisser mon assurance auto, Mais elle me coûte pareil plus cher. Il à un sérieux manque de communication dans la compagnie et ils se contredisent tous. On se sent voler après un appel comme celui ci!

As one of their former employees, I could not no longer tolerate how they rob poor clients. I had various arguments with the management because of my non aggressive stand and as they call them "loose" standards when dealing with policy holders. So, I quit... and now I am here to shed the light on how they treat their clients. Claim specialists and internal claim adjusters are getting continuous bonuses if they find ways to be extra difficult with clients. They call it "full compliance". The whole corporate culture is rotten as the only ones that get promoted are the ones that show smaller payout ratios. You will get in trouble if you don't offer complementary products. So the other day, a guy called because his old day passed away and he was calling to cancel his auto insurance. So, I cancelled and got into trouble because I didn't take this opportunity to present his son with a "complimentary" insurance product. So, I could not take it anymore and I quit. On my last day of work, people were looking at me as a total loser.
