Always had the best care and attention giving to our pets whenever we brought them here. From the front end staff to the doctors, we have received nothing but excellence and knowing that the first priority is the animal not the bill you will be paying is comforting. Will always recommend them to anyone who asks.

They took fantastic care of our cat. We got updates on her status, including a photo post-op, and well explained aftercare.

Very rude staff, I stopped by wanting a second opinion for my cat and I was quickly turned away. The clinic I usually go to said my cat was in critical condition (as he has extreme constipation) and once I told the Victoria Vet Clinic, they stated they don't deal with critical condition animals. We weren't wanting them to treat him, we just wanted a second opinion. So don't bother taking your pet here if they are sick because apparently they don't deal with that.

Front staff were rude and the actual visit was almost double the cost of other places. The vet was nice though.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff who clearly love their jobs and the animals they work with. Highly recommended to any and every one with a pet.
