Had acrylic nails, with a shellac colour done at Spa Cantik, price paid was 68.85 (8 dollar gratuity). After a couple days the polish started to become discoloured and chip off. I thought I would contact the woman that did them just to see if they could be fixed, as when I left she said to contact her if I have any issues. I emailed the salon for the woman's email and received a response immediately saying that if I emailed the salon email the woman who did my nails would receive my message. I sent an email stating my issue hoping I could have my nails fixed. I received no reply. After receiving no reply I sent another email asking for my next appointment to be cancelled, to this I also received no reply. Weeks later I received an email reminding me of my next appointment.. I replied to this email mentioning the emails that went unanswered and asked again to have my upcoming appointment cancelled. This email also went unanswered by anyone working at the salon. Later I received an automatic email saying my appointment had been cancelled. Customer service was very disappointing for the amount of money that was spent. Will not consider going back in the future. There are other, more affordable places with wonderful customer service in Regina. Save your money!

We recently spent the day at Spa Canik for a bachelorette party. Suzanne booked the entire spa out for 7 hours on Saturday to cater to just the 8 of us which was great because we aren't exactly the quiet type when we all get together. We had a broad range of budgets and everyone was extremely happy with the services. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. They even made us dinner reservations and got us on the list for a bar with live music. I would say that the experience couldn't have been better. Thank you to Suzanne, Nicole, and everyone. It was awesome.
