Hands Down my favorite restaurant in Regina. They have a very welcoming, modern atmosphere and a stunning menu. If you are looking for good seafood in Regina, flip eatery has some of the highest quality items like Scallops, Shrimp, and fresh fish. And the chefs actually know how to prepare it (pretty rare in Regina, SK). The menu is innovative and modern with a variety of modern American twists different cuisine favourites from around the globe. From Asian Pork Belly, Indian Curry balls, to Duck Leg and Beet Rissotto, to homemade Hamburgers and Fries. Everything I've tried has been 5 stars from here.

I am sad to say, I heard a rumour that this restaurant is closing as of the end of November. That is such a shame, it is really hard to find a restaurant of this caliber in Regina. I sincerely hope the owners think about resurrecting their menu and concept again someday (or passing their recipes onto me!). You MUST try this place before it closes. I will miss you Flip!

This place was recommend to me by a few friends and it definitely did not disappoint. Great decor and lots of windows. The food was fantastic. Try the roast chicken - you won't regret it!

Came back after two years, the food was still innovative and excellent, the service friendly and efficient. Soup (a tomato with blended vegetables was excellent, and the accompanying bread crisply toasted but moist.
Followed that with a burger with their own beef grind done tenderly and crisp bacon - mmmm. (2 years ago)Even better than the reviews: Sausage burger was excellent, but the real surprise was the vegetable chowder - tasty broth and delicious veggies. A tasty beer and good service completed this excellent experience.

We went with a larger group for brunch on a holiday Sunday. We expected it to be very busy however it wasn't full at all. Despite this, as we were ordering, our server had to tell us that certain items were sold out because they were busier than they thought they'd be. And after we had ordered he had to come back and make some of us re-order again because something else had run out. I'm not sure why they didn't expect a larger crowd on a holiday Sunday.

The food I did end up getting (French Toast Bread Pudding) was a bit bland and boring - seemed like a plate full of dry bread, mostly. I wish I had my first choice. For what it's worth, the coffee was excellent.
