Nice hotel but it is older. Room was clean, comfy bed but you can hear the pipes a bit in the walls. Good location and the Denny's attached is great and is everything you'd expect from a diner. Friendly staff. Hotel did smell like paint from renovations but not overpowering. Good experience overall.

Great location, with both a Moxie's and a Denny's within walking distance! Great choice of rooms and suites! Always an enjoyable stay.

Even during the extremely busy time of a Friday of a long weekend, the staff here was super accommodating. Apologizing when they weren't able to answer the phone at front desk within a few rings. I went to down after getting an answer from them on my way out and say a line up of people wanting to sign in. No complaints at all. Clean hotel, great staff.

Sandman Hotel is a full featured hotel with everything you need for a good price. Overall it offers good value. Sandman is near everything you could need, including great places to eat and every store you would need to shop at. However, the rooms are very dated. For example, the TV is small, old, and doesn't have HDMI. The air condition and small and weak, and failed to keep our room cool. The customer service is average. The guy who checked us in was cold and unwelcoming, and struggled in communicating amenities. I would stay again, but it's nothing to write home about. I'd give it a 7/10 if Google allowed for more nuanced ratings.

This place is clean and a great place to stay! The room is nice and has a flat screen, mini fridge, air conditioning,4 comfy pillows.
We just got back from the pool and hot tub which was excellent.
I'd recommend this place to anyone.
