They have completely changed the way you pay to get into theatre we had passes and they told us(after standing in line) we had to give them to the person at the concession stand but no one there knew what I was talking about so at least we got in for free but popcorn and two drinks were $30.00 so glad didn't cost us to pay to see the show.....and no more electronic ticket booths anymore like what is going on???

They upgraded the seating recently. So comfortable it's like being at home but you have to pay admission.

I went to go see a movie this weekend, and the lines were out the door, and I just thought it was a busy night, whatever. But no. They have to booths to buy tickets yourself but only 2 were open instead of all 4, and then the box office where you can go where an employee prints for you, was also closed. That's the only place to pay cash as well. But cause NO ONE was there working or to even help, I, and 7 others were forced to leave cause we all had cash, but not a single human working to help. Was quite disappointed. Used to love this theatre:(

Seats aren't that comfortable and the 2 ladies that sat with their big bags of Doritos that clearly weren't bought there were annoying with the constant bag crumpling and loud crunching. I told staff at the concession about them smuggling food and drinks in but nothing was done about it

best theater in the city. ultimate guest services and the best place to go to enjoy a movie. The employees are great, the foods great, and the experience is great.
