I received a stone massage at Milestone Spa in Red Deer, AB. At first the atmosphere of the room was enjoyable. However, the instructions from the massage therapist were to take off all my clothes including my underwear due to the amount of oil used. I was uncertain as I have never been told to take off my underwear in a massage before (I requested to leave my underwear on). The second thing that was concerning is that there was only a towel used to cover my body (at this point I felt like my annual complete check up was less intrusive than the massage). As for the massage it was mediocre. The positives were it was generally relaxing. The negatives: The massage therapist kept drinking from her water bottle very loudly (it had a suck top and large chunk of ice), my lower middle back was missed, also I felt like preparing the stones took up half the time of the massage. As a result, I would rather go to my doctor to make sure my vagina was healthy than receive another stone massage at Milestone Spa in Red Deer, AB.

I've been seeing Vicky for laser hair removal and she is excellent! Everything is always set up perfectly, treatment is quick and Vicky is great to talk to! Highly recommended!

I was a last minute appointment, having pinched a nerve on vacation and I was in a great amount of pain. I saw Kaeli, and - having seen several massage therapists - was amazed by her technique and her attention to my needs. I left feeling relief for the first time in nearly a week.
I wish I lived closer so I could book regular appointments with her - but anytime I'm back in Red Deer I'll be making a point to book with her again.

I have been to Milestone Spa multiple times, had fantastic massages every time with Anna, but when I call, I get the voice mail 75% of the time. I recommended them to a friend, he booked an apt at night, when he showed up, no one was there and it was closed. Someone else showed up too wondering what was going on. They didnt even get a phone call back apologizing. Just tried to book again, what do you know, voice mail.
