I never needed physio in my entire life until I was rear-ended earlier this year. I've been going to CBI for over six months now, and these people are amazing. My shoulder / upper back improved quite well, but my lower back is still giving me grief, so they've been great handling the insurance components and getting my coverage extended (three times now). There was a fair bit of paperwork at the onset (understandable) but they've been really doing a great job trying to make the entire experience as simple as possible.
I totally recommend CBI if you need physio.

They basically try and see as many patients as possible in a day which leaves you waiting 20 minutes before your appointment begins I was left hooked up to machines with needles in my leg trying to get a hold of someone to disconnect me I will never be back !!
