Ils jouent sur la sensibilité des gens pour proposer des soins à des prix exorbitants. Quand on leur parle, ils utilisent la crainte et la peur pour nous inciter à payer. ex: notre chien à manger quelques chocolats, on appelle Daubigny et ils nous disent : EXTRÊME URGENCE VITE VENEZ FAIRE SOIGNER VOTRE ICI, ne le faite pas vomir nous allons nous en occuper ici.

Nov. 7,2017, my cat a 6 year old (Snow Bengal) arrived in this hospital for emergency attention. Cause... vomitting and gasping breath, unknown source what it is?VH doctor findings: Presumably having a fluid on my cat's lung,and might be Hereditary... just by his instrument "stestoscope"(not even performing how?on our very own eyes with our cat...on the examination table..My comment:VH doctor,poor service of attention on our cat...Not giving "First Aid First" before showing to us and counting how much will "Cost"us...No compassion shown to our cat, not even asked further information what might be the cause of his vomitting,not even his history but..focus immediately what he can cost us for further examination...like radiology etc..VH doctor,given us only few minutes not even at least an hour or at least the following day, that my cat can stay for a night at the hospital for us to DECIDE,which put us into pressure to decide that night.Without any consideration...that we explained we just came back from vacation.Undermining our situation being stressed,tired, devastated and emotional and me crying so much, confused and have a hard time to decide that night between me and my husband...Not given us the chance to see my cat at the backroom for us to see personally how's my cat doing..if he is OK or NOT and for us to see..for a better Judgement..whether it's Worth or Not and for us to make a RIGHT DECISION...VH doctor didn't show up anymore... instead his vet technician showed to us and waits for our decision...With hesitation with our final decision...asked technician to take a photo of my cat at the backroom.. before his last minute...and there Euthanasia was done to my cat....Felt devastated, shocked,unsure if it's the Right Decision...so quick..find horrible,ending the love of my beautiful, affectionate cat.😢😢😢VH doctor,to no avail after such thing...not even showed to us..not even showed any consolation with us...just by saying SORRY for the the Lost of you cat...which I find ridiculous a doctor's attitude towards his clients as well to his patients which are best friends four legged pets...Rate him...no compassion of what he does"money first before I treat you" sorry but that's the truth..👎👎👎👎👎We were completely devastated with what experience in this hospital...not recommended...find a better caring, compassionate vet hospital...

Rien à redire du travail des techniciens très bien. Par contre si vous allez à cette endroit et que vous n avez pas des milliers de dollars en banque,( eodem pulmonaire ) vous allez tout simplement perdre votre animal pour plusieurs centaines de dollars.pour ce qui est du vet, après l injection il a tout simplement disparu. Voilà

Très belle hôpital propre et le personnel vraiment gentil. Une chance que vous étiez là pour mon chat vous l'avez sauvé. Les prix un peu élevé mais le service est au rendez-vous

Mon chat ne mangeait plus depuis 5 jours. Mes autres vétérinaires n'avaient plus de place et j'avais peur qu'il meurt de faim. Le diagnostic a été rapide et c'était une masse au rein alors on a décidé l'euthanasie parce que les autres options auraient été une mauvaise vie pour Scratch. Les vétérinaires ont été très patients et respectueux et j'ai eu mon chat dans mes bras jusqu'à son dernier souffle. Grosse facture de 1200$ pour diagnostique, médicaments et euthanasie. C'est cher, mais les soins médicaux c'est comme ça.
