Wanted to order something online. They are in province of Quebec, I'm there aswell.. 25$ of shipping for a small and not heavy item? With 25$ i can get something from the United States (we know that international shipping rates are absurd compared to what they were before). But 25$ local shipping rate? They attract customers with low prices and overcharge shipping fees to make their money or what? That's just a shame honestly. 1 star but if only I could give them 0...

Moi qui DÉTESTE la corvée d'acheter les fournitures scolaires, c'est beaucoup moins pénible. Tout se fait en ligne. Tu reçois le tout. S'ils n'ont pas un article en stock, ils livrent à l'école de ton enfant. Bref, pourquoi aller chez Bureau en gros???

I am no longer going to order the school products for my children from this website.
It already take two weeks the books hasn't come yet. I did email to then but no reply. Just ignored the email. I do understand sometime it out of stock. But reply to the email. The reason they already received the payment the power on their hand. They send out the books or not I order again from other book supplier. They can delivery for within 72 hrs.
