Wow really the best service and yoga classes. Especially in St. Roch. So friendly and a great atmosphere. I really appreciated my time there and will be going back again. It's worth mentioning that I tried many other yoga studios and this one is the best hands down.

C'était ma première visite à st-roch et j'ai adoré le cours. Le personnel était très agréable. J'ai bien hâte de découvrir les autres cours ainsi que les installations de ste-foy. Je vais certainement y retourner régulièrement.
